Product Description
The stevia plant has been used as a natural sweetener in South America for years. This high intensity sweetener is made from the leaves of the plant species, Stevia rebaudiana. There are other stevia sweeteners on the market; however Bulk has sourced a highly purified extract of stevia called Rebaudioside A (Reb A). Reb A is the sweetest and we have the 97% pure version. In addition, Bulk Stevia Extract Powder is 100% Stevia, the majority of the products you can find in the supermarket are Maltodextrin & Stevia.
Reb A is 400 times sweeter than sugar, meaning you only need a tiny amount to adequately sweeten any food/drink, making it the perfect sugar substitute for anyone who is trying to reduce sugar in their diet. Stevia Extract Powder can be used to sweeten almost anything as it is highly soluble. Various applications could be your unflavoured protein shake, any food or beverage as well as being great in cooking and baking as it is heat stable up to 180°C.

Directions
Stevia Extract Powder can be used to sweeten almost anything. We suggest a serving size of approximately 100mg -200mg (0.5-1 scoops) depending on personal sweetness preference.
